For the Europe Week, EFH received a visit from Mrs. Lourdes Chamorro, Head of the Political and Information Section at the Delegation of the European Union in Harare on 11 May.
On this occasion, Mrs. Chamorro gave a one-hour presentation on the European Union, its history, its fields of competence and its institutions to the students of Première, Second and Troisieme. After the presentation, the students had the opportunity to ask questions and have an informal exchange with the distinguished visitor.
Each student was also given promotional gifts with the EU logo.
The EFH would like to thank Mrs Chamorro and the Delegation for contributing to a better understanding of the EU among our pupils, especially those in the Troisieme, whose study of the European project is part of the curriculum.
