Kirsty Jean’s Vibrant Bird Exhibition Opens at the French School

Community Manager

The French School is delighted to present a captivating art exhibition by Kirsty Jean, running from December 3rd to December 11th, 2025. This special collection features more than fifty original artworks celebrating the beauty, colour, and resilience of birds.

Kirsty’s work focuses on the diverse birdlife found in and around our region. Each piece highlights the vivid colours and delicate features of these creatures, offering viewers a rare chance to connect with the wild right from their own gardens. Her art does more than impress visually—it reminds us of the natural world that surrounds us every day.

Birds hold a unique place in Kirsty’s creative universe: fragile, yet remarkably resilient. Many species travel thousands of miles across rapidly changing landscapes, displaying incredible strength and adaptability. Their journeys, colours, and presence inspire her deeply. Through her paintings, Kirsty hopes to encourage viewers to appreciate these animals more consciously and to consider creating welcoming bird havens within their own green spaces.

The exhibition invites students, parents, and the wider community to celebrate both artistic expression and nature’s quiet wonders.
