As another successful academic year comes to a close, The French School of Harare is now officially closed for the summer holidays.
The school closed on 3 July 2026 and will reopen on Thursday, 3 September 2026, in accordance with the French academic calendar followed by French international schools around the world. This period marks the conclusion of the school year following the French Baccalauréat examinations and provides an opportunity for our teaching and administrative teams to prepare for the new academic year.
The summer break is also a time for our students and families to rest, recharge, and enjoy quality time together before embarking on a new year of learning and discovery.
We would like to thank our students, parents, teachers, and staff for their dedication and commitment throughout the 2025–2026 academic year. Together, we have celebrated many memorable achievements, events, and successes that have strengthened our vibrant school community.
Although the school is closed for the summer holidays, we remain available to assist with admissions, enrolment, and general enquiries.
